Things firms ask before signing.
What counts as one attestation?
One PDF, signed and released, for one client at one point in time. If a client has multiple addresses or multiple wallets, they’re still one attestation.
What happens if I exceed my tier’s volume?
Nothing breaks. We’ll flag it on your dashboard and contact you about an upgrade. No surprise overage charges.
Can I white-label the document?
On Firm and Enterprise. The PDF carries your logo, your firm name, and your independence affirmation. Keystodian remains the technical attesting party — that’s what makes it independent.
Is the verify portal free for recipients?
Yes. Anyone with the verify code + passphrase can re-verify, with no login and no payment.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — two months free when paid annually. Available at checkout.
What about ETH, stablecoins, or other assets?
Bitcoin first. Other assets will follow as we extend the BIP-137 equivalent verification flow. No timeline yet.
